The Back on Track physical therapy team is led by Back on Track owner Galina Farbman Martirosyan, a licensed physical therapist with a degree in physical therapy from the University of Illinois. Her broad professional experience includes 30 years on Chicago’s North Shore as a physical therapist in hospital, home care, and sports medicine settings.
